Song Selection Madness

Well it's good to be back in music class again, thats a good start. Next week, there's going to be a Singing Assessment, which I'm worried yet excited about. When it comes to writing lyrics, sure I can be your guy, but singing a song well it's unpredictable. I never really performed in front of a large audience, nor have I ever performed singing at all, not as a solo performance at least. I mean if I get like a duet with someone, things will be much easier and our voices could match ;).

Now the last few days in music class have been very "fast-paced", considering that I have no idea to read notes. I'm serious, I make my own type of "notes" and that's by numbers (how do you think I managed to pull of the Titanic song?). And I have either completely forgotten about scales or not even understanding it in Grade 7. Oh well, time will tell if I can catch up

And finally there's research. I've already started compiling information about the classical composer Andrew Lloyd Webber. Apparently I was the only one in class familiar of modern classical music composers, I guess watching Broadway shows or plays really pays off doesn't it. So I'm going to start out by gathering personal info, minor details at that, and we'll see what I can come up with next
